No experience is required! Our workshop is designed for beginners, so whether you’re completely new to glassmaking or looking to try something new, you’ll be guided every step of the way.
How long is each session and how many people can attend at one time?
Each session lasts 45 minutes and is limited to 2 participants per time slot (one glass per person). If you’re booking for a group larger than two, you can reserve consecutive slots to ensure everyone gets their own experience.
What’s included in the workshop fee?
Your ticket covers the full workshop experience, including all materials needed for creating your glass art piece. Each ticket is valid for one person/per glass.
How do I use a gift card to pay for a session?
If you’re using a gift card, simply select the “pay at the door” option during checkout. Your gift card will be redeemed in-house at the start of your experience.
What should I do if a time slot shows only one available ticket?
That means the other ticket for that slot has already been sold. If you need a partner or friend to join, please consider booking a different time slot or reserve consecutive sessions for your entire group.
How do I book a session or a group event?
You can book your desired time slot through our online scheduling system. For corporate events or groups larger than 10, please contact us directly to discuss special pricing and scheduling options.
What should I wear to the workshop?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Closed-toed shoes are also suggested for safety in the studio.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
