Trifecta is excited to welcome in the Fall Season with two amazing artists. Deanna Clayton and Jen Blazina. These Female Glass Master’s beautiful works will be on display at our Trifecta Gallery starting October 18th.

Jen Blazina perceives her role as an artist as a record keeper, capturing the essence of lost memories and forgotten voices. Through her work, she holds onto fragments of personal history, transforming common objects into poignant relics of the past. Her visual narratives express universal concepts of memory, inviting audiences to connect with the stories she preserves. Based in Philadelphia, Blazina exhibits nationally and internationally, her pieces included in museum and private collections. She has been awarded residencies and grants from The Corning Museum of Glass and the NEA. With an M.F.A. from Cranbrook Academy of Art, she shares her passion for the arts as a Professor of Fine Art and printmaking at Drexel University.

Deanna Clayton has been making glass art for over 25 years. Deanna is dedicated to creating unique and exciting works in glass that embrace the technique of pate de verre.

Clayton was introduced to glass right out of high school while earning her Associates in Fine Arts degree in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Deanna wanted to continue her education in glass. Research showed the glass program, taught by Henry Halem, at Kent State University to have produced some of the most successful glass artists working at the time. After two years at Kent State University she moved to Champaign-Urbana, IL to attend the University of Illinois and finished her Bachelors Degree. While still attending the University she started her glass studio. She worked in central Illinois for ten years and then discovered beautiful Door County, Wisconsin which is where she lives and works currently. Today Deanna’s work can be seen in public and private collections around the world.

EXCITING NEWS! ! Deanna will be at Trifecta the weekend of October 19th offering Pate de Verre classes in our glass studio! This is a unique opportunity to experience this ancient process of working with glass.This class is for people that would like to learn the entire Pate de Verre casting from start to finish. There is no experience necessary to participate in this class. Each student will learn all of the steps from creating the wax form to surface design, mold making and of course working with the glass. Trifecta: Glass – Art – Lounge announces the opening of their Auxiliary Gallery in Downtown Lexington.

Join us for the opening of this magnificent space located at The Square, in Downtown Lexington. Trifecta: Glass – Art – Lounge is excited to expand its gallery space and grow the reach of fine art glass in the Lexington, KY area. This space will feature works of over 25 glass artists from across the country. The gallery will include sculptural work, wall installations, glassware, vessel work and much more. This gallery pop-up is a rare opportunity for art appreciators to find that perfect piece to add to any collection. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting off, there will be glass work available for every level of art enthusiast!

In addition to the incredible glass work on display, Trifecta invites you to consider host- ing your next event at this artistic space and give your guests an experience they won’t forget. Immerse your guests in a truly one-of-a-kind experience and allow the glass to illuminate their imaginations.

Trifecta: Glass – Art – Lounge is excited to announce our Spring, quarterly exhibition “Spring Fling ”

Featuring the works of Miami based glass artist Rob Stern.

Spring is in the air and we’re excited to highlight its beauty with selected works by artist Rob Stern. Over his 25 year career in glass, Rob Stern studied extensively and has worked with the most accomplished glass artists and masters throughout the world. His work has been installed, exhibited, and collected in Europe, Asia and United States. He also was a recent contestant on the Netflix “Blown Away” Series during season 3. Stern believes his creative endeavors are stepping stones that further his understand- ing of life. The correlation between what he senses and does guides his process and daily life decisions. Join us for the reception April 18th and take in the Spring time beauty featured in this incredible curation. Rob will be in attendance for the opening and giving live glassblowing demonstrations in the Trifecta studio.
